Incoming Student Transition Program
Taking flight is a fun and interactive transition program for incoming 7th graders and new to Sierra 8th graders. The purpose of this program is to help students have a successful transition to middle school by familiarizing them with Sierra essentials! Sessions are led by 7th and 8th grade teachers.
In this program students will:

Meet Sierra teachers and staff before school starts

Meet new people and make friends
-
Learn how to set goals

Learn how to log in to and use Google accounts

Take multiple building tours and play games eliminating the fear of getting lost

Get their schedules and find their classes!

The cost is $70 and it includes a t-shirt!
