Registration Information

Each student is required by DCSD to have a current physical, signed by a physician, on file in order to participate in sports.  The physical is good for exactly one year, 365 days, from the date of the exam.  If the student does not have a current physical, they are not allowed, under any circumstances, to participate in practice or competition until they have a current physical on file.

DUE TO THE NECESSARY ATHLETIC WAIVERS, YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN UP USING A LAPTOP OR DESKTOP COMPUTER ONLY. 

A CELLPHONE WILL NOT PROCESS THE FEES AND WAIVERS CORRECTLY.
